We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:
- Fill out our contact form on the Site (name, email address, phone number, and message)

- Place an order through the Portal (property information and related document data necessary for preparing or recording documents)
Public Record Information
When you use our Portal to prepare documents, we collect property-related information that is either already part of the public record or will become public record once your document is recorded with the county. This may include property addresses, assessor's parcel numbers, legal descriptions, and ownership information.

We use Cloudflare's free tier analytics service to collect basic, aggregated usage data about visitors to our Site. This may include information such as:

We do not use cookies on our Site or Portal. All analytics are performed using server-side data collection that does not require storing data on your device.

- Service Providers: We use Resend for email delivery to send you order confirmations, updates, and newsletters. Resend only has access to the information necessary to send emails on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information only for as long as you maintain an active account with us. When you close your account, all of your personal information is immediately deleted from our systems.
